Conservative treatment may consist of Physical Therapy, Analgesics, Injections, and Corticosteroids.

If surgical intervention is necessary, our surgical spine specialist, Dr. Richard Mannion M.D., F.A.C.S., is trained in the latest technology and has the expertise to perform Laminectomy, Discectomy, Foraminotomy, Lumbar Disc Microsurgery and Lumbar Spinal Fusion. He employs a team approach which combines his orthopedic spinal expertise with that of a board-certified nerurosurgeon to provide the most holistic care to achieve the finest patient outcomes. Dr. Mannion utilizes the latest technological advances including intra-operative three-dimensional CT Navigation with Stealth technology for all adult spinal surgeries.
